"Mobile kaigi 3" by NRI Netcom, Ltd. is a secured conference system to support paperless conferences.

Participants, approved to join the conference, log in to a virtual meeting room. Simultaneously, conference material shows up on each participants terminal(e.g. iPad screen), synchronized with the chairpersons screen.
The chairperson specifies and controls the file, the page, the magnification rate, and the pointer position on other terminals(e.g. iPad screen).

Conference is controlled by a chairpersons and all participants will see the same screen as the chairperson.

Mobile kaigi system gets a high evaluation by simple operation, high security and stability of the system.

You need a server system to use this application. There are different server types: Note PC / hardware in customers (virtual) network / Cloud service.

AUDIENCE - screen is synchronized by HOST. And the user cant operate.
